Oyster Mushroom Workshop-Hana, Maui

Hey everyone, we had such a great turnout for our first mushroom inoculation workshop that we're going to do another! This one will be for oyster mushrooms and we're going to do admission a little differently. This time if you bring two logs on your own (see below) admission is free, and if you would like to use the logs that we have prepared there will be a recommended $5 donation.

Log requirements: The logs need to be 3 feet long, have a diameter of 4-8 inches, and should be harvested/cut two to four weeks BEFORE the workshop. The harder the wood you can bring the better! We are currently cutting lots of monkey pod and Ficus limbs on our property and using those for example.
